By accessing and using V!KiNG ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

V!KiNG is an online raffle platform that allows users to purchase tickets for various prizes through fair and transparent random selection processes.

  • Purchase raffle tickets for prizes
  • Participate in community events and promotions
  • Earn rewards through platform engagement
  • Invite friends and earn bonus rewards

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in raffles.

4. Raffle Rules

Fair Play

  • All raffles use fair random selection processes
  • Each ticket has an equal chance of winning
  • Winners are selected independently and transparently
  • Results are final and binding

Ticket Purchases

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Tickets are non-transferable
  • One entry per person unless otherwise specified
  • Payment must be completed for entry to be valid

Prize Delivery

  • Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours
  • Prize delivery may take 2-4 weeks depending on the prize
  • Winner identity verification may be required for high-value prizes
  • Unclaimed prizes may be redistributed after 30 days

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
  • Manipulating raffle outcomes or gaming the system
  • Creating multiple accounts for unfair advantage
  • Sharing account credentials with others

6. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions provide additional features and benefits. Premium accounts are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions as per our refund policy
  • Premium benefits are subject to change with notice

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by V!KiNG and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission
  • User-generated content remains your property but grants us a license to use it

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall V!KiNG, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
